Looking for something fun, engaging and a little different this summer?
Stonefall Tutoring’s Summer Holiday Workshops combine hands-on science, creativity and practical learning in a relaxed, supportive environment. Designed for primary-aged children, each workshop encourages curiosity, investigation and plenty of opportunities to get involved.
Whether your child joins us for one session or several across the holidays, they’ll enjoy practical activities, small group learning and a memorable experience they’ll be talking about long after the workshop has finished.
Summer 2026 Workshop Programme
This summer’s programme features a range of themed workshops, each with its own focus. From creating slime and exploring chemical reactions to discovering dinosaurs and volcanoes, every session has been designed to spark curiosity while making learning fun.
Slime Lab
Tuesday 28th July |Â Friday 14th August |Â Wednesday 26th August
One of our most popular workshops returns this summer.
Children will create their own slime while exploring the science behind how different ingredients work together. It’s messy, hands-on and packed with opportunities to experiment, investigate and have fun.
Volcanoes & Gases
Thursday 30th July
Discover what makes volcanoes erupt and explore the fascinating world of gases through exciting demonstrations and practical experiments. Children will predict, observe and investigate as science comes to life.
Curiosity Lab: Acids & Alkalis
Wednesday 12th August
A colourful workshop introducing children to acids, alkalis and chemical reactions through safe, practical experiments. Perfect for inquisitive young scientists who enjoy discovering how things work.
Digging for Dinos
Monday 24th August
Become a young palaeontologist for the day as we investigate dinosaurs, fossils and prehistoric life through practical activities, discussion and discovery.

Children are welcome to attend as many workshops as they like throughout the summer. Many families choose to book multiple sessions, so discounted prices are available when booking more than one workshop.
